Good luck to them. New teams in our game is akways good. My problem is when they are treated so differently in various ways and the rules changed to help them rather than whats good for every club.

Having holifay'ed in pembrokeshire on a couple of occaisions i'd advise making your travel arrangements now. it's easier to get to USA than the wilds of west wales

mansfield, nottingham, South Wales RL then bridgend, Kent invicta, Carlisle, Blackpool, Gateshead, london and sheffield
most of them became great forces in rugby league didn't they, didn't they?
welsh have always been interested in rl but thats as far as it goes it ru through and through. Some of you smart fans think in dream worlds were rl is a global brand it isn't get over it.

Last season South Wales Scorpions had an average attendance of around 600, one of the better averages in the league. Hardly naff all supporters. Championship 1 heartland teams are hardly pulling up trees in terms of support , why should we exclude teams who have the same or a couple of hundred fewer supporters if they think they can make the step up? I think you would have to be seriously deluded to think that new professional Welsh teams are a bad thing when they get hundreds of new supporters watching the game on a weekly basis.

ITS NOT GOING TO TAKE OFF THOUGH IS IT! making the leagues dispersed mean smaller clubs like Swinton and workington get even less away support. They've already tried South Wales in the early nineties and they didn't get far, I mean yes i'm happy for them to have a good go but my point is they never get far unless they get silly like blackpool and gateshead have done recenly and pump money in and buy players but not run it sustainably thats why they get into trouble.
Anywat get real pal hundreds of new supporters eveyweek lets see how well they do in five years shall we. I think your a typical modern fan lets all live in a lovey dovey world of rl look how great we are, we are not.
