Can't believe he has earnt such a living as a coach? Was a steady away player but his coaching is really poor. There is always someone who goes through life doing very little and getting rich rewards and he is one. Piss poor coach

I'm glad Catalans seem to be doing well, I've never been a big fan of McNamara, but I think some of the criticism, and personal insults that have been thrown at him over the past decade have way OTT

Should see how well it works over here first before any talk of having it in France. Personally think you'd need Catalans (or Toulouse before Jean starts) for it to get anywhere need a decent crowd and you can't guarantee that.

I'm not sure having a cup semi final game over there would be fair to both teams but he's probably not wrong about the crowds they could generate. Perhaps Catalans could look at taking some home games (or home ties in the cup) on the road next season like they have done in the past?

What a great weekend that would be, getting to fly out and watch a game in Perpignan is good enough... imagine getting to watch two challenge cup semi final's!
