| Hull, Salford and Wigan are all playing their games this weekend on Sunday as there is a free weekend next week due to the France international. Does anyone know why we are playing on a Friday night when you consider our last match was last Sunday whereas Leeds played on the Friday. Surely it can’t be because Wigan are at home then or more pertinently,,there is a FA cup semi final on at the same time??!!

| Dunno, Chayders, but don't like the unequal turnaround (as stated elsewhere). When Johnny Westhead started playing for Leigh, he told Bongser that, after a Sunday game, his body would only BEGIN to stop aching on the following Thursday - and he was made of granite.
We're short on forwards - the ones that will have taken most hammer. Big Ben's out and we won't be seeing Joe Shorrocks back any time soon (made three appearances on the trot for Wigan; the last two as a makeshift half and has been performing for them.)
Hope Ste is right on this one and Bongser wrong.
