New contract.. I for one am very happy he is staying. Quality coach and individual. Had his hands tied this season with the squad. I look forward to seeing what he can do in the Championship with a squad he has chosen. Certainly makes the right noises and the players are clearly happy to put their bodies on the line for him.

He's released some players I would have liked to see retained, and signed some I'm not sure about yet. But in the end he has the squad he's picked, rather than the one he inherited. That in itself is a novelty for a London coach.
Proof of the pudding will be in the eating next season.
